Today marks the first day of my vegetarian week. Yep – I’m going veggie this week. It’s going to be challenging since I hate beans, lentils and mushrooms. I didn’t want to eat salads for every meal, but I think I found some interesting recipes to keep me going. I will be including eggs and dairy because I like them 🙂 I don’t think I could go a week with no dairy!
I completely forgot until this morning when I almost made some turkey sausage for breakfast. Instead, today started out with waffles and cherries.
Still in the process of figuring out lunch and dinner, but I got a couple ideas 🙂
